Submitting the Early Access form registers your interest only; it does not guarantee account approval, immediate access, or any specific service. All submissions are reviewed, and invitations are sent at our discretion.
Any pricing, bid, specification, lead time, or product information presented on the Site or in response to a request is for general informational purposes and is not a binding offer unless confirmed in a separate written agreement. Truss and structural information provided through the Site does not constitute engineering, architectural, or construction advice, and you are responsible for ensuring designs meet applicable codes and project requirements.
The Customer Bid Portal is a planned future service. References to portal features are descriptions of intended functionality and may change. Access to and use of the portal, when available, may be subject to additional terms.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
